The expansion area of BusinessPark 7Poort 2 is located south of the A12 and east of BusinessPark 7Poort 1. This allows us to connect as much as possible to the road profiles, urban design and green spaces of the current site. The existing and historical landscape serves as inspiration for the further elaboration, ensuring that familiar structures and patterns are preserved or even enhanced.
We strive to preserve and, where possible, reinforce the cultural and historical values of the area. The planting of the public space is carried out using native species as much as possible, to ensure that it fits in seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. We will also continue this approach in the future southern residential environment, creating a harmonious and sustainable integration between the business park and the residential area.
