We are continuing to work on the site layout plan. This sets out in detail how the new business park will be developed.
Access to 7Poort will be improved through the construction of the ViA15. Work on the ViA15 is well underway, including the construction of the new Zevenaar-Oost junction. The new junction is expected to open at the end of 2027.
We expect to start preparing the site for construction in 2027.
We expect to start allocating the first plots in 2027.
